In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "77cd" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform operated at 77cd.asia, including all associated services, features, and content.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered a valid account on 77cd and uses the platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the 77cd platform, associated with a unique email address or verified mobile number.

• "Real Money Funds" means Pakistani Rupees deposited by the Player via supported payment methods and held in the Player's PKR Wallet.

• "Verification" refers to the identity and age verification process conducted by 77cd prior to enabling withdrawal functionality on a Player's account.
• "Intellectual Property" refers to all trademarks, logos, software, content, game designs, and materials owned by or licensed to 77cd.

By registering an account on 77cd, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which you use the 77cd platform.
• You are registering as an individual, on your own behalf, and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where participation in online gambling is unlawful.
• You have not previously been self-excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the 77cd platform or any affiliated platform.
• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and truthful. You agree to promptly update your account details should any information change.
• You are the authorised holder of any payment method used to deposit funds into your 77cd PKR Wallet.

77cd reserves the right to request documentary evidence — including but not limited to a copy of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued identification — to verify your identity and age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period will result in account restriction or closure.

Registration of more than one account per individual is strictly prohibited. If 77cd identifies that a Player holds multiple accounts, all accounts beyond the original may be closed and associated balances withheld pending investigation.

As a registered Player on 77cd, you are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 77cd login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes.
• All activity and transactions conducted through your account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you.
• Ensuring that your account is not accessed by any other person, including family members. 77cd accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.

• Keeping your registered contact details (email address and phone number) accurate and up to date.

77cd bears no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where such access resulted from the Player's failure to maintain adequate security of their credentials, or where the Player shared credentials with a third party.

77cd processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following supported payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, Meezan Bank, Raast instant payment system, and USDT TRC20. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at 77cd's discretion with reasonable notice to Players.

Deposits: Deposits made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and Raast are credited to the Player's PKR Wallet in real time in the vast majority of cases. In rare instances, deposits may take up to thirty (30) minutes to appear due to payment gateway processing delays. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of deposit. 77cd does not charge fees on incoming deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests from fully verified 77cd accounts are processed promptly. Standard withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited within two (2) minutes for amounts within standard limits. Withdrawals exceeding threshold amounts may be subject to enhanced review under 77cd's anti-money laundering procedures and may take longer to process. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name that matches the identity details on your verified 77cd account. 77cd does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Withdrawal of Bonus Winnings: Winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion's terms. Real Money Funds and fully wagered bonus winnings may be withdrawn at any time, subject to verification requirements and standard processing times.

77cd offers various bonuses and promotions to registered Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins equivalent credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's specific terms.

• 77cd reserves the right to withhold bonus winnings where evidence suggests that a Player has exploited bonus terms, engaged in bonus abuse, or violated these Terms in connection with a bonus claim.

All casino games offered on 77cd operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, ensuring that outcomes are genuinely random and that 77cd has no ability to influence individual game results. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for certified games reflect the theoretical long-term payout rate under normal play conditions.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77cd platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where required, reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering as an underage player or providing false age or identity information during the verification process.
• Registering or operating multiple accounts on the 77cd platform.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the 77cd platform, place bets, or circumvent any security measure.
• Colluding with other players in any casino game or sports betting market in a manner designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, game bugs, or platform vulnerabilities to gain winnings that would not have been available under normal operating conditions. Players who discover an error must cease play and contact 77cd support immediately.

• Charging back, reversing, or disputing any legitimate deposit transaction with your payment provider after using the deposited funds on the 77cd platform.

• Circumventing a self-exclusion or account closure by registering a new account or using another person's account.

Any use of 77cd's intellectual property beyond the limited licence granted above is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77cd and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 77cd platform.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses arising from your use of the 77cd platform.
• Any interruption, delay, or failure in the operation of the 77cd platform caused by circumstances beyond 77cd's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity failures, power outages, acts of government, or cyber-attacks.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the 77cd platform, including but not limited to game odds, betting lines, or promotional details.

77cd's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 77cd's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by 77cd's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

77cd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documents within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Discovery that the Player is under the minimum age of 21 years.
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitating account closure.
• Discovery that the Player is located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, 77cd reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation and potential reporting to authorities. Where an account is closed for any other reason, any remaining Real Money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via their most recently used verified payment method within a reasonable period.

Players who wish to close their own 77cd account voluntarily may do so by contacting the 77cd support team. Remaining balances after account closure will be processed as outlined above.
